Terms and Conditions
These terms explain what you can expect when you request an estimate or service from us.
Estimates and Scope of Work
Every job begins with a free, written, on-site estimate. No work begins until you've seen and approved a scope of work. If the actual scope changes once work is underway, you'll be informed before any additional work proceeds.
Scheduling and Response
We aim to dispatch emergency calls the same day. Response time can vary depending on your location within the metro and current call volume, but active flooding is always prioritized over routine scheduling.
Payment and Insurance
If you're filing an insurance claim, we document the job in the format your insurer expects and can bill directly where applicable. You remain responsible for any portion of the cost not covered by your policy, including your deductible.
Licensing and Insurance
We are licensed and insured to perform water damage restoration and flood cleanup services across the Kansas City metro. Technicians hold IICRC training appropriate to the work performed.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
